Once again I have to applaud Mrs Timberlake’s fabulous house of scents on Ebay. The perfume below arrived late last week and is truly captivating. Hyperboles are useful when encountering smells capable of transforming a mood and lifting the pedestrian into something personal and beguilingly resonant.
This scent reminds me of summer, of hot white sand and then unsurprisingly, of the shock of blue surf! Perfumes are great anchors as they have both an instanteous impact as well as a lingering one. They somehow ‘protect’ you and can make you feel invincible. I have always tended to wear perfume as a veil. It makes me feel very present yet also safe.
Layering scent is a delicious pleasure and one easily enjoyed through Mrs Timerlake’ shop!
