Everyone on this planet loves attention. And by attention I mean respectful care. A form of listening that is awake to your personal presence and individual spirit. A listening that transforms.
I became an English tutor almost by accident, being far too shy to consider tutoring through my own choice at that time. I remember modelling myself on two teachers, both inspirational and both very much themselves. Even though I felt so shy, I felt that I wanted to be as good as I could be and so I picked my two ‘stand out’ teachers as role models. Nobody lesser would do!
