Secret doors, mistaken identities, sordid sexual contracts and secret sadism. …and you can still feel the cobbled streets of old Manhattan!
Really hope Jed Rubenfeld does something again with Dr Younger and Detective Littlemore. One of the best detective double acts I have read in years and allows for complex narratorial viewpoints which alternately surprise, seduce and mislead.
Very hard to leave Manhattan today! And what to read now?!
